I first saw the area when I was mapping the Foreshore for the Coffs come-and-try-it in 2013, and just had to extend that map into the northern part of the dunes to give a taste of real orienteering. Today's event shows that the new club and the new area are both great additions to orienteering in NSW

Really lucky that the landcare group are pragmatists who want people out in the bush rather than the hands off demeanour favoured in Sydney.
