Discussion: NPR on Saturday

I don't like Ask Me Another because I find grating the over-enthusiasm of the presider. But I absolutely love Wait, Wait, Don't Tell Me.

Ahh, but Jonathon Coulton is amazing. I too prefer Wait Wait, however, but I can also recommend archived shows from Wits! and also Livewire, as other fine NPR programs.

Ophira takes some getting used to, but I do like the format of Ask Me Another. And WWDTM is a favorite. They are what get me through gym workouts.

It's always my aim to get out of the car at the weekends before A Prairie Home Companion.

My car radio was stolen last week and I've realized just how much I depend on NPR. My work phone comes with an unlimited data plan I so I've been streaming the radio (with traffic reports) each morning this week.

In Berkeley? Or south bay? Either way, no good.

In super-sketchy Oakland. My office is in a special part of town...

NPR One...Kinda like Pandora as it gets to know your preferences.
