Hi All,
I am happy to announce that National Training Camp 4 will be in Harriman state park in conjunction with the Highlander Oct 16-18. It will start Friday afternoon and end Sunday. My goal is fun shorter exercises so you get good training but still have the legs to complete in the race on Sunday.
If you are looking for more training please contact me. I have training's designed that you could do in the week leading up to the camp.

National JUNIOR Training Camp
Erin is the National Junior Coach, and the camps he organizes are primarily aimed at developing junior orienteering athletes. Adult participants are welcome at the camps, but juniors have priority.
Please note that there might be discrepancies between Highlander info on the camp website, and on the Highlander page. The latter is correct.
