Discussion: Routegadget question

I just spent my entire lunch 1/2 hour drawing in my route from the CNYO rogaine. When I try to save, it says "Drawing is not finished yet!". Suggestions?

That message usually means that you didn't hit one of the control circles, and the missed control will still have a blue circle around it.

Is it possible that when you were trying to draw the route that you ran into a problem surrounding your return to the hash house? You punched there twice... once as your 18th presumably coming in, and then once again as your 19th when heading back out onto the course. As vmeyer just beat me to the punch, you'll notice a blue circle around the control if that's the problem.

I have blue circles around the hash house and the control just before the first hash house return (17th).So it looks like I have to hit undo a few hundred times.

Yes, sorry about that, Frank. The in/out of the hash house was in the splits file, and I wondered if that was going to cause people problems.

Well, there are worse ways to spend a half-hour. I can think of several during this rogaine alone :)

It's very subtle, but if you notice the color of the "circle ending the current leg", it changes when you finally "arrive at it".
