Is there a way to download previously uploaded GPS tracks from Attackpoint?

I would like to gather some of my old GPS tracks and upload them to another app that will overlay them on one map for visualization.

Yes, look for the "gpx" link on the map/sessiondata page. You have to export them one at a time.
