I was very surprised to hear this is your first WOC team. I mean, you always seems so good that I just thought you had been on many. Maybe your team trial races just haven't been up to par in the past??

In any case, congratulations and glad to see you on the team where I think you belong.

Just adding a woo-congrats! And here we go sprint training- good company with 5/7 women running sprints this year!

Kseniya, for sprint include one shorter interval training per week around stadium, ex. 200-400m. Something like 10x200m or 10x400m or their mixture with recovery jog in between. Very important to do it on very good surface so that you may focus on moving faster.

It helps a lot with sprints!
