Thanks guys. Yes, part of the idea of running this half was to see where I was at and then be able to set a time target for London. I'll be targeting a sub-3hr time (which I was always hoping to be able to target) but my primary focus will still be making sure I can enjoy the race. I don't want to go out too hard and then have a miserable last 10km! Unfortunately I'm stuck back in the third start pen and they won't change them any more (I rang a couple of weeks ago to check) but hopefully it won't be too congested through the start and I'll find some room to settle in to a good rhythm.
I'd say you're capable of sub 2.50 so you should be able to enjoy an easy 2.58. Well done.
From that half time, I'd say even sub-2.45 is within the realms of possibility (as a reference, I was just under 1.15 for the half the year I ran 2.36 for the full).
