For the US Sprint Champions in M21 and F21, I'll be awarding those two winners spots in September's Seattle Adventure Running Tournament.

* In the event that a winner has already won a free entry, it'll go to the next place.

For the sprint (and middle), F21 & F20, and M21 & M20, will most likely be running the same respective courses (although the names will probably still be different)...
