Discussion: Occam's razor

with the current Tour de France soap opera, one is reminded of the stories about the mysterious orienteering deaths in Scandinavia circa 1990. of course, some subscribe to this hypothesis that Chlamydia pneumoniae or some other bacterium was spread by orienteers getting scatched by the same branch.
