From the meeting in Japan:
"A working group with the task of coming up with a proposal for a physically demanding form of trail orienteering is currently being set up."

So in a while, they might get a bunch of people together and give them a task to see whether, eventually, somebody could propose micr-O. Put enough monkeys in front of typewriters...
