I'll be in Vilnius week after next, very close to this area: Bukciai. Does anyone know how I could get hold of the map for a quick terrain run? Any suggestions of other runs in the vicinity? Is there a map of Vingio Park?

Thanks

Map of Bukciai: http://www.trails.lt/maps/bukciai.gif (a little bit outdated), map of Vingis Park: http://www.trails.lt/maps/vingio_parkas.gif. The database of orienteering maps in Lithuania: http://www.trails.lt. Good luck!

Hey, thanks, Elvis. This is perfect. Not far too Gudeliai either. :)

Perfect timing!

I'm flying to Vilnius on Thu in order to talk about the Mill CPU architecture at BuildStuff.lt

Are you there for the same reason?

Hey, Terje, that would be too perfect.

I'm researching for film project, but hoping to sneak out for a terrain run on Sunday morning. My friend's flat appears to be a few hundred metres from the edge of the Bukciai map and a kilometre from the SE edge of the Gudeliai map, also 2km from Vingio. Choices!

OK, we probably won't meet then, I'll be at the conference most of the time. :-(
