Went to the doctor (after 2 weeks of no training - it is not too bad if I make sure to have some good Nanny Naps, but it is still not good enough to go training or mapping for that sake). I'm now on Augmentin Anti-Biotica - which should kill any nasty bacteria that is still hanging around in my lungs.
Will soon start to monitor my resting heart rate to check when I'll be able to go running again.
