Wasn't planning to do much today after a long day of traveling yesterday and a few drinks at the pub, but the sun was shining and I needed to run off my hangover. The usual Loxley common, spoon lane run.

Slept really well and felt fine again this morning. Too much work to fit in any training, spent the evening drinking Russian brandy before traveling home tomorrow.

Felt rough as all day today, with a dry throat and headache. Had a load of work to do so skipped the planned evening run.

Went for an evening run around the Luzhniki stadium complex. It's pretty lavish, with an enormous granite and marble athletics arena and a huge outdoor pool complex. Makes Don Valley look like a warm up track. Feeling pretty tired.
