pretty easy, just a little care required on the campus, very slippy in places too, caught 3mins on Francesco, but didn't overtake until the road run to #24, probably could've have gone faster before that

gentle start with Andy Middleton then a nice pace for the last hour or so with Chris M, a detour along a sloppy mountain bike track slowed us down before ascent to the trig, good
