Carsington Water
ran from the visitors centre with Paul, we were taking it easy, supposedly, but easily the quickest Monday night run I've done, hard surfaces and no stops, bit laboured after the ten km mark, I'd say the Race Ultras were suited for this kind of thing, longer road and track runs, but I wanted them for mixed road and muddly trails
