still feeling off, but wanted to some kind of work out, so did the Oker loop without actually ascending the hill, a short run but it felt like it went on and on

feeling "off" today, blocked sinuses, slightly dizzy when standing up sometimes, don't know if I got a lung full of pollen yesterday or just didn't handle the post run beer

I reckon I've lost more training days to feeling unwell than injury over the five years on Attackpoint

slow group tonight so had to put the hammer down on the road for the last 5km to make it back for the England game, some lush summer fields and some slippy stuff in Shining Cliff
