Footpath Relay, Cromford Meadows to Riber via Wakebridge
warm, but not as humid as yesterday, not really a race, hardly saw anyone over the 10km, fast start along the canal, walked a little at the top of the climb through Leashaw woods (the pig farm), route was 150m longer than advertised, but beat my estimate by a minute and a half

Oker Loop (short)
maybe if I wasn't intending to take it easy I could've achieved a better pace, but I doubt it, felt tired and it was very warm out

Owler Tor, Millstone Edge, Carl Wark, Burbage Edge, Higger Tor
ran off the front tonight and did my own route, bit naughty, but it meant I got a better pace (for the last two thirds) and a longer run, feeling good because I hadn't raced the day before, sun raked through the clouds over the Hope valley

mudclaws are a bit loose-fitting, but the good news is they seem to have settled down
