running tempo 35:47 [4] 7.04 km (5:05 / km) +140m 4:37 / km
shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 212

Oker Loop
return of an old favourite, a very brisk run (tempo) before heading south to London, conditionals optimal, firm and cool, must be a pb, felt fresh, didn't struggle at all, just kept the foot on the pedal

no plaster on the blister, just thin socks and X-talon's, felt it, particularly on the steeper slopes

running warm up/down 16:16 [3] 3.36 km (4:50 / km) +70m 4:23 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

longer warm up than usual while I made up my mind whether the blister was going to be aggravated by the run - it was hurting/rubbing more than expected

running intervals 20:08 [5] 4.0 km (5:02 / km) +5m 5:00 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

4 x 1km, off 90secs: 3.45 3.56 3.57 3.58

not bad, good to get out after a few days under the weather

running 9:23 [2] 1.57 km (5:59 / km) +25m 5:32 / km
shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

easy jog home, calfs tight, but not as tight as they were on Tuesday so not too worried

shoes: Inov8 X-Talon 190

Pilsley, Rowland, Lonstone Edge, Bank Wood
easy run, though I felt a bit frisky due to recent lack of exercise, some stiff climbs, sun come out, no pain from the 'blister', only discomfort, but right calf is tight as a result of the hobbling around
