SYO Regional, Wombwell, Brown, 8.2km
good run, felt quite strong at the end, fell over twice, but no complaints from the knee
#2 decided to pick up the gauntlet and cross the rough open, wrong choice, but only slightly, it was climbing the wall - effectively hedged in by matured trees - that lost me time, also crossed the path/catching feature without seeing it and so bent into control [30]
#4 again rough open wrong choice, long grass, hard work [20]
#5 climbing fence [10]
#7 took the righthand route, lost time trying to find a way around the back of the thicket [20]
#11 a little off-line (high) [10]
#16 risky route straight at the flag, got caught in some bramble and didn't find little path, then cautious into control [20]

not my favourite run, but in the light (mostly) and the dry it was quite pleasant, nice and easy pace, with only a cow-related pause, but I did feel my knee, no pain, not even a twinge
