ahr:162 max:174 shoes: Inov8 Oroc 340

EM League, Longstone Moor, Brown
clean run, time losses due to pace, not at full fitness, the terrain was a major test for the knee, didn't push it, but it came through without a problem

#17 hesitant (slow), the depression seemed further along than I had expected [20]

6th, 9mins behind Andy Llewellyn, less than a minute behind JD

steady run around Stanton in the mist/cloud, testing out the knee, was aware of it, but didn't become a twinge let alone a pain

good

Note
(injured)

remedial massage for the knee problem, figuring it could be caused by tight muscles in back and hip abductors
easy run tomorrow perhaps

running 1:27:36 [2] 12.73 km (6:53 / km) +300m 6:09 / km
ahr:131 max:161 (injured) shoes: Mizuno Wave Ascend 7

Hopton, Middleton, Harboro Rocks, Carsington
the bad news, the knee problem appeared again after 30mins, the good news it didn't prevent me running and went away - I think because the pace was so gentle and we had a v slow stretch on a bracken covered path
