Stanton Spirals
quick one around Stanton Moor, kept the pace high from the start, aiming for sub-5mins p/km, lovely conditions, dry, no wind, a touch of evening sunlight, new shoes perfect fit

no real complaints from the right knee

easy one to test out the knees, they seemed okay so I took on High Tor, nice steady climb

walked around with my sister and nephew to get my knees moving and have a closer look at this area, the nettles are up, but even now there are some nice bits of wood, not much detail

slow to get going and shortly after I did I tripped and hit the floor on one of those rock tracks, both knees badly grazed, bit of bruising on the left, should be stiff tomorrow, able to jog back the mile to the car, lucky

run/walk from south Stanton to the car after the fall, not much pain, just blood and curses
