Lonely long one in the Pentland, fair bit bonky after not having a proper lunch but saw it through. Headphones in - pure tunes on!

Treadmill Progression plus wu/wd to gym - Felt pretty comfortable but had to miss last few minutes due to my gut going. Right leg not feeling that great with all the hard surface running but insoles ready to be fitted next week.

FVO Night-O

Toe feeling a lot better and barely noticed it tonight. Made a big banana on 3, compass okay just bad direction out of control to start with I think. GG got away here and really should of just gassed it to get on the back of him. Bit faffy on 6 and 9 (10s each) but main mistake was seeing leg 6-8 as a long leg and not seeing 7 along the way, ran about 100m past it and then realised, didn't really cut the corner either on the beginning of the leg which was also a bit stupid. Interesting to see how much time i lost here.

Big toe is really sore to walk on and don't think spinning would be great either today so just resting. Think side of the nail may have dug in (maybe on long run) and got a bit infected somehow. Same happened to the other toe the other day and was fine by the morning after.
