First flat intervals since knee has been fucked, again feeling a bit tight on warm up but really gave my it band and good ol rub before the session and knee was fine throughout. Missed out the 800 just because I don't want to be too hasty! Felt okay and pushed hard, HR was up to 190!, very windy so killed pace a little but good session none the less.

EUCC ride -51k Hilly

Lot easier pace this week with wider range of abilities so an easy pace which was perfect since feeling a wee bit tired from hills from the night before. Good craic, unfortunate to miss Purkos message and actually bumped into him just arriving back at the flat. Few hill efforts to keep the legs alert, few of the lads can absolutely shift uphills.

3 x 60s, 6 x 45s, 5 x 30s

First session back with the boys so not quite so sure what to expect! Little anxious as well with my knee feeling a bit odd on the warm up. After a lovely first rep basically running on ice with Ali, we moved to the thicker grass to find some more traction and get going with the session.

Pretty content with how it went and found that i had 99 acceleration on the hills but lacking a bit on the min reps right at the end, nothing unexpected really with the amount of time off proper running. Not getting ahead of myself though, with these sessions being pretty anaerobic based it will be interesting to see far off the lads i am on longer flat reps. Anyway a good session in the bag and will take things one step at a time and keep on top of the rehab.

Pull ups felt easier this week.
