Biberister OL. Ce bon vieux plateau reste un challenge pour moi. OK comme course mais jamais de flow. C'était cool de refaire une course de CO :-).

Run up and down Rocher des Tablettes. Full speed up and down from Rochefort. Feeling quite alright despite the race in the morning. Slippery conditions..
