Meant to do my default jog. About 1 km in I noticed that my pace was about 10" faster than usual without even noticing it. I menat to simply maintain that pace but the jog ended up deteriorating into a tempo run. Did 5 km at a pace about 20" faster than my regular pace and a slower cool-down. Result of rest week? Training paying off?
