ahr:66 max:90

Walk with Dawn around Radyr. She'd never been across the old Llandaff Loop railway bridge (ST142 795) before!

Saw Dave Powsland and Charlotte riding their bikes and Tim L (+2 kids + twins) too!

Slightly above the 1hr limit but it was a little exploratory.

Strava Moving Time - 1:30:00

- seed small patches where there is no grass
-

Description
Gibraltar -3 is 105 minutes of continuous riding where you'll spend 90 minutes between 70-75% FTP.

Goals
Training at the high end of the Endurance range is still quite productive, especially as the ride durations climb. Recovery from rides at this effort level is usually pretty quick, but longer rides in this wattage range can take a surprising toll on even very fit athletes.

This is where fairly conservative ultra-distance triathletes will live for hours at a time. This is also where a lot of time is spent during any long road ride or milder-terrain trail ride.

There is no scheduled rest during this workout, but brief, occasional backspins are encouraged if they're the difference between loss of form and a high-quality workout.

Entertainment - Movie: The Aeronauts (quite good)
