Short green course at Treeton, including a small run to the start. Thought it might have taken a bit longer... Feeling incredibly unfit, or, more reasonably, quite strong but with legs that were in manual turnover after so much time on the bike.

Legs a bit tired after yesterday so a nice easy ride... Until i got a bit competitive against the road bikes on the way home

Three main climbs: Sheffield - top of Burbage via ringinglow, froggat - fox house, hathersage - top of Burbage. Plus the odd shorter one.

X-trainer, easy today. Now i can push harder on hills when cycling, so really quite fatigued after this morning
