12x200 at the IP. Didnt time them. In lane 3 and the headwind side, dodging the blowtorch melting bits of tartan because the track was being fixed. Just trying to get good output per stride. Doms from yesterday but knee fine.

Woke up really late feeling awful. Then took a lot to get out and warmed up. Normally having a comedown after big races but this one's something else.
