Running - hard intervals 50:00 [4]

Time i did a proper long session. Roads were the only place to get it done just now. Split it a bit to make sure i was pushing reasonably hard. 3x4km ish+ 2km with about a minute between. Proper tank emptier, not often i have to walk bits of the warm down... (time is a estimate! Just ordered new garmin charger tho woo. Effort also fairly arbitrary, feel like most of my longer efforts are something like 3.5)
