quite short tempo but good to start somewhere! settled fine into the right kind of intensity mostly, but conditions were pretty awful for speed output.

12 x around 30s full effort, apart from where the surface stopped play a bit. about 1 min (full?) recovery to make sure i got some speed in, the rest of the week seems to be shaping up a fair slog bonanza.
