Guardamar central bit. Thought it would be an interesting one to do compass free. It was. One especially where a compass would have been great.

Orienteering - hard 21:00 [4]

N course. Sort of, I have no headtorch so had to run in the light. Also no watch so i have no idea how long it took (trying to estimate using Jespers time but his watch stopped mid course...). Ran quite hard, went quite well. My first time and i underestimated how tracked some bits would be, but still a challenge to keep cool and avoid driftig off line. End of camp tiredness but pleased i can produce a better and better physical feeling in the sessions.
