Orienteering - easy 57:00 [2]
shoes: Inov-8 XTalon 212 April 2017
Open course at Hemfosa. Barely functional after 1 hr sleep so it was perfect for an intense technical training with really tricky forest. Took some getting into but towards the end i was running much more accurately, even if it never got round to being fluid. Looking forward to coming back out here later in the autumn.
