shoes: Saucony Kinvara - Sept 2016
Last session before the weekend. wanted to make it short, feel good and not dig right to the bottom of the tank. settled for 3 sets of 6, 4, 200 with ~90, 75, 2.30(!) recoveries. aiming for about 1.52, 74, 35 (took the strong wind so i had more tailwind on the 6's but the headwind on the 2's). worked okay after i was 2s slow on the first (still warming up?) and felt fine.
