Running - hard intervals 24:00 [4]

Last longer session for a couple of weeks i think. Into town. 10min tempo (not that fun, got chased by dogs) then 3(4x1min/1min) with 4min set rest, then 4x 30s hills. Some of the minutes involved globenbacken, which hurt, but that was the aim. Made sure to leave enough time for break and snack before my class this week.
