Pre breakfast speedwork, who am i? Found a time when the track was empty. Just a short session to start with since its been so long, 5 x 400, 200 start every 2min 45. A bit apprehensive about having to drag myself round with no group but 400s in 72, better than expected. More telling were the 200s which would hardly go below 35. Something to work on towards the summer!
