it got cold enough to have to cancel all plans and run some treadmill intervals. 15min threshold (which is always much tougher than it should be on a treadmill, cos it's so boring!), then upping the speed for 1x4min, 2x2min, 4x1min. i really need to do more stretching and drills to sort out my running form, felt all over the place, but another session done.
sprint training with Dima round an old SCC course. went quite well, i guess not so intricate swedish sprint but encouraging. tricky footing some places in the snow.
