Change of scenery. An hour or so solo, then with the 'Easy Sunday Morning' crew, then another hour or so solo. Considered making up the 75 minutes I was short yesterday, but 3 hours was the plan, and 3 hours is what I done..

Overcast, breezy. Dobson x2, Tunnel x1, Rockville x1. Stopped periodically to remove debris from trail in a number of spots. Legs had no energy, chest a bit congested and HR seemed to be running high for perceived effort. So opted not to push it out to the planned 3 hours. Will add on tomorrow if it's in the cards.
