Crossed over to East Hartford and walked the Great River Park. Most of the southern path covered in a slippery layer of silty flood mud. Went as far as I could until the river was across the path blocking my way.

aka A Quick One. Rain on the way, and I didn't get my walk in yesterday, so subbed in a faster effort today. Put myself into the red zone, then backed it off to what I figured I could maintain the rest of the way home. Within a minute of my PR on this route, but dirt was pretty sloppy today, with some remnant ice patches.
