Easy jaunt with Dom & Ruby, Ginny and Brad. Within the first couple minutes it became obvious the hamstring isn't happy. Signing up for the Blue Hills Traverse tomorrow may not have been the wisest move. But feel fairly confident I can probably walk the course and finish within the time limit and not risk further damage.
