Blackburn lake and creeklands. Despite it being a warm day, it was surprisingly pleasant out this morning.

Street O in Balwyn. I felt OK and ran reasonably, although had to walk reading the map. I ran up 2 extra hills (and they were quite big) - once up s wrong dead end street and another through poor planning. Got my money's worth!

Started to run around Benalla lake but it was humid, my knee hurt and l felt tired.

Availed myself of the free exercise machines around the lake.

Benalla lake and gardens. It was hot and l had problems with my knee and breathing, but did it - better than nothing. Now for more gardening!
