Run around the Beleura Hill area at Mornington on a warm morning. I can't believe how hilly it is here and l tried to run up all the hills.

Run around Blackburn lake and creeklands on a fairly humid morning. Slow start as l haven't done much exercise lately. Blister is a fair bit better.

Run (Street O) 42:00 [3] 5.1 km (8:14 / km)

Belmore Parklands. It had been a pretty warm day and l'd walked a lot in the heat of the day, being carless for a while. Walked up the steep hills (knee not happy today, but a least blisters are better), which l later realised l could have avoided. Being carless means learning to plan ahead, rather than having the convenience of getting things instantly e.g. running out of a printer cartridge and paper became a major hassle today.
