Randomising around Dublin roads of a Monday morning. Lay in a bit as I was tired from a few drinks last night. Then made no plan whatsoever and just randomised around a bit. Snow essentially all gone, though did encounter two gates closed because of it. The timing was pretty good considering.

Note

Back on the real training. It has been a bit patchy in some ways recently with various things happening and travelling etc. This week should be back to structure.
Mon- AM 45mins easy PM 30mins easy + 6 x 100 strides
Tues- 70mins easy incl. 10 x 1min on/off
Weds- 90mins hilly
Thurs- going to Galway, Off or 30min jog if I can squeeze it in
Fri- back to Uppsala - 40mins easy + 6 x 100m strides
Sat- AM Middle training Järlåsa PM 40mins easy
Sun- 100mins steady

Easy Monday evening. Up the dodder and then looped around. Pleasant enough. 6x 100m strides to finish off
