Went paddling and tried it out as four in the canoe with different variations. Found the one that works best, but in reality, I don't think it's sustainable for a long time so we're probably going to go with three and one in the kayak for long paddling sections. Call us soft.

And later on that afternoon....There were two "old school" rowboats at the cabin. I have always wanted to try those rowboats - they conjure images of romantic movies like "The Notebook". So I went for a little solo row in the lake with the sun shining. It was lovely - and also made you appreciate how much harder life was back in the day.
Yoga with kpoire's wife and son. We took turns picking poses, plus I did some other ones that I needed. Fun to do this with other yoga fans.

Trek/ Shuffle / Bushwack / Run from the cabin - hit several trails that weren't on the map - not exactly what we had planned but good training on the feet, knees knackered and it bands acting up. Beautiful starry evening.
