Reckon I might be able for hillier runs soon. Will see though, and play it safe. The taping helps a lot.
Think I may also have witnessed the start of the West Highland Way Relay (if that was a thing that was on today from here then sorry Brian!)
Out on the country lanes, through flooded roads.
More undulating than the meadows, but net downhill on the reps so.
First run in rain for a long time and made me feel like I'm slightly committed to something which I guess was nice. However, this was ridiculously short.
Would very much like to be finished the dissertation now, and I'm only a month and a half in, great.

Steady cycle from uni. Trying to get something slightly hilly so went towards the pentlands.
Ended up on trails with lots of gates on the way back, but I got this super gravel bike so it's all g.
Easy reintroduction again
incl. 2x [1min tempo (2min)] + 5x [double lampost strides]
Pissing about a bit on short easy reps, but basically gonna experiment a small bit in the build back.
Perfect running temperature, have some weight to lose.
