Took the week off to give the foot another go at recovering a bit more, and just chilling. Missed my exercises and strength the last 3 days for the first time in a month.
Going to ease back to training now, in the lead up to racing in Sligo at the end of August. Mostly roads, which seem fine. Hills are alright, but won't be doing too many early on. And terrain is a no-go for the time-being.
Cycling will be used regularly.
