Running 24:09 intensity: (19:09 @2) + (4:00 @3) + (1:00 @4) 5.37 km (4:30 / km) +34m 4:22 / km

First training of the Jukola Camp, on Niittyjä.

2k WU, 2' steady, 1' quick, 2' steady, 2k WD.
Just some minor efforts to test everything out.
Felt a little uncomfortable, but not too unfit, who knows.

Most importantly, ankle discomfort-free. Physio's taping method off to a good start, and pretty clear there's been a good general improvement in the ankle.
