Main session:
3 x 5 Bench @ 40, 45, 50kg.
3 x 5 Back Squat @ 45, 55, 55kg.
3 x 5 OH Strict Press @ 20, 30, 25kg.
3 x 5 Split Squat @ 20kg.
2 x 5 pull ups.
2 x 5 press ups @ 20kg.
2 x (45s plank into 10 deadbugs).
Tired legs after, despite keeping various squats low enough due to achilles, haven't done back squats in ages though.
