Rotators, hip flexor drills, hurdles mobility, some hurdles jumps, sumo squats, kb swings, roller reverse plank, side plank.
2 x 5 OH Squat @30kg
3 x 5+5 Bulgarian squats @ 40kg.
3 x 5 bench press @ 40, 45, 50kg (successful).
3 x 6+6 MB OH lunges
3 x {10 x TRX row, 10 x MB slams, 10+10 Paloff press}
3 x 5+5 shoulder touch plank.
