Spinning 55:00 intensity: (40:00 @2) + (15:00 @4)

10min WU, 15 x 1min on, 1min off, 15min WD
First half of efforts at pretty high resistance, second half at very high.
Squeezed this in. My inability to train before lectures means I'll get less done today than I'd like. However my ability to train instead of work means it could be worse.
Ran into Juan & Liam at the start.

Mostly core.
Pull ups, chin ups, planks, dips, deadbugs.
