Training Log Archive: Swampfox

Ran trails in snow late in the day. I had planned a different workout, but opted to change plans because of the conditions. It wasn't outright cold--a few degrees below freezing, but the skies were mostly gray, and the there was formidable wind putting the "c" in chilly. It certainly felt like the coldest day we've had so far this winter season--especially out in the open. In the trees, it was more comfortable.
